As the crisis unfolds and the economy begins to reopen, both candidates and employers in Canada have several questions in their minds. Most employers are wondering how they can stay productive and protect their workers at the same time. Some candidates are asking whether there will be a second outbreak. So, below we’ve answered questions that are most frequently asked by employers and candidates.
We have updated our Pandemic Plan and appointed response teams to stay abreast with the latest pandemic developments. We are following all the guidelines of the Ontario government and have to implement proactive measures to ensure the safety of our clients, candidates, and colleagues.
Platinum Employment is offering services since March 2020. We are fully operational and whether you need one employee or several workers, we can fulfill all your staffing needs. Depending on your needs, we also offer virtual onboarding services. Our team is fully equipped to screen, recruit, and place candidates efficiently and quickly.
Since the outbreak of the pandemic, Platinum Employment has taken all necessary measures to prevent virus spread. Screening candidates and associates proactively is a part of our COVID-19 response strategy. Screening has become compulsory in all our offices to limit exposure. Also, we have made the candidate screening form mandatory.

You must contact our representative before going to work if you experience any symptoms of COVID-19 like cough or fever. Also, report us immediately whether you’re waiting for a COVID report or tested positive.
